Facebook has become the most popular online destination in the world – more people read updates on Facebook every day than search on Google. Naturally, team members accessing Facebook during work time is an issue for most firms. Mortgage interest rates are at historic lows. According to the Mortgage Bankers Association, the average interest rate for 30-year, fixed-rate mortgages dropped to 4.25% in September, 2010, and the average rate for 15-year mortgages fell to 3.73%.
